Job Description
The West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, Inc. (WSFSSH) is a community-based organization whose mission is to provide safe, affordable housing with supportive services within a residential setting, which enhances the independence and dignity of each person. WSFSSH develops, manages, and provides housing for low- income older persons, many of whom live with mental illness and/or have experienced homelessness. WSFSSH is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)
Multi-Site Support (MSS) Program Overview
WSFSSH's Multi Site Support program provides flexible, on-demand staffing coverage across our 30+ residential and program sites, all of which require 24/7 support. Team members step in to fill scheduling gaps and ensure consistent, high-quality service for the individuals and communities we serve — often across multiple roles including Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Porters, Kitchen Aides, and Program Aides.
This pool is a great fit for candidates who want flexible scheduling, exposure to different sites and teams, and the opportunity to build experience across WSFSSH's supportive housing programs. Many per diem staff use this as a pathway into full-time roles within the organization.
