This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CO with acquisition planning, requirements development, acquisition strategies, and procurement packages.

  • Prepare draft solicitations, provisions, clauses, and related documents for CO review and approval.
  • Support solicitation activities, including posting, receiving, tracking, and organizing quotations and proposals.
  • Assist the CO with proposal evaluations, competitive range development, offeror communications, pricing analysis, and pre-negotiation activities.
  • Prepare draft award documents, modifications, and required notifications for CO review and execution.
  • Support contract administration by tracking contractor performance, reviewing invoices and contract documentation, monitoring compliance, and identifying issues for CO action.
  • Assist with contract financing, task and delivery orders, basic ordering agreements, simplified acquisitions, and other contracting actions as assigned.
  • Maintain contract files and enter accurate procurement data into FPDS-NG and other applicable systems.
  • Assist with solicitation inquiries and FOIA requests in accordance with CO guidance and applicable requirements.
  • Track acquisition milestones and coordinate with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to support timely completion of procurement actions.
  • Support contract closeout, termination, records management, and other post-award activities as directed by the CO.
  • Prepare acquisition documentation and supporting materials for Procurement Strategy Reviews and Acquisition Review Board consideration.
  • Utilize applicable federal procurement systems, including SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, FPDS-NG, GWACs, and NASA SEWP.
  • Perform other acquisition support duties as assigned by the CO.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and Four (4) years of federal contracting experience covering relevant acquisition support; or Eight (8) years of qualifying federal contracting experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Working knowledge of federal acquisition policies and procedures, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
  • Active DOJ Public Trust

Preferred Qualifications
