We’re looking for a Life Plan Residency Advisor who can guide prospective residents and their families through that journey with expertise, empathy, and confidence.
This is not a transactional sales role—it’s a relationship-driven, consultative position where your ability to listen, educate, and build trust makes all the difference.
What you’ll do- Build relationships with prospective residents and their families from first inquiry through move-in
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping prospects understand Life Plan options, contracts, and financial considerations
- Follow up consistently and thoughtfully to move prospects through the decision process
- Conduct personal tours and one-on-one meetings tailored to individual goals and needs
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience
- Contribute to occupancy growth and campus vibrancy through strong conversion of qualified leads
- Proven success in sales or consultative relationship-based roles
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand emotional and financial decision drivers
- Confidence communicating complex information in a clear, reassuring way
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of follow-through and accountability
- A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults
Experience in senior living is preferred—but not required for the right person with strong sales instincts and heart.

Requirements:- Proven track record in sales and the ability to demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills (minimum 3 years).
- Senior living experience preferred; however, if you have a passion for people and sales you’re encouraged to apply.
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and generate the sales needed to reach occupancy goals.
