Divine Group Management LLC is hiring dependable Direct Support Professionals to work in a residential group home setting supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Location: Near Jomax Road & 75th Ave in Peoria, Arizona.

Available Shift U — 40 Hours Per Week
Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Monday/Tuesday: Off

Available Shift R — 32 Hours Per Week
Friday: 11:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: Off

Available Shift O — 16 Hours Per Week
Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: Off

Job Duties:
Direct Support Professionals are responsible for providing care, supervision, and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with daily living activities and routines
2. Providing supervision and ensuring member safety
3. Supporting personal care, meals, hygiene, and household routines
4. Following member support plans and company policies
5. Completing daily documentation accurately and on time
6. Maintaining a respectful, safe, and structured home environment
7. Communicating professionally with supervisors and team members

Applicants with the following are preferred:

1. Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
2. Article 9
3. CPR and First Aid
4. Prevention and Support
5. Abuse and Neglect training
6. Experience as a DSP, caregiver, group home staff, CNA, behavioral health staff, or direct care worker

Requirements:

Applicants must be reliable, professional, and able to work the assigned schedule. Must be able to pass all required background checks and meet company and state compliance requirements.
