Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified Administrative Coordinator to help streamline our processes, support cross-functional teams, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a dynamic setting. As an integral part of our team, you will:
  • Provide advanced administrative and operational support to internal teams
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of reports, presentations and documentation
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone
  • Ensure our retail customers have the most up-to-date information, including samples and bulletins
  • Assist with onboarding and tech-related setup for new team members
  • Maintain internal databases, records, and systems with accuracy and confidentiality
What you'll need:
  • 5+ years' experience in a business support, office operations, or administrative coordination role
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, finance, operations, marketing, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Demonstrated capability to work on multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency to execute and deliver results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced capability with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook), document sharing platforms, scheduling tools, and digital collaboration systems
  • A team-first attitude and a willingness to jump in where needed
