We are currently seeking an energetic, results-driven Branch Supervisor to lead our Saint John, New Brunswick location. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing people, growing sales, and delivering operational excellence.

As Branch Supervisor, you will play a key role in the continued success of the Saint John branch by leading daily operations, supporting and developing your team, strengthening customer relationships, and driving profitable growth throughout the region.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and support branch employees, including inside sales, technical sales, and warehouse staff.
  • Foster a positive, customer-focused culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular feedback, training, and development opportunities to help employees succeed.

Sales & Customer Growth

  • Partner with inside and outside sales teams to achieve branch sales and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Support key customer interactions and sales initiatives throughout the region.
  • Monitor local market trends and provide insights to help drive business strategy.

Operations & Performance

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient workflows.
  • Manage inventory, pricing, purchasing, and product flow to support profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure warehouse and shipping operations are accurate, organized, and efficient.
  • Maintain high standards for branch appearance, safety, and operational excellence.

Business Management

  • Collaborate with head office departments on inventory management, credit, warranty claims, and other operational initiatives.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and implement improvements where needed.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and achieving financial objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in the HVAC/R industry or a related wholesale distribution environment.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, sales performance, and branch operations.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with inventory management, warehouse operations, and operational processes.
  • Proficiency with business management and ERP systems.
  • A hands-on leader who enjoys balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operational support.
