Job Description

About Work Creation Program (WCP)

For over 30 years, Work Creation Program has been empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Southern California to build real-world independence.

We operate on a simple principle: the community is our classroom. Rather than spending days in a traditional workshop, our participants build vocational, social, and life skills directly out in local businesses, parks, and neighborhoods. Through our 1:3 and 1:4 staff-to-participant ratio day and behavior management programs, we provide the personalized support and positive guidance every individual needs to thrive.

Why Join Our Team?

When you work at WCP, you aren't just taking a job—you’re driving real change. Every day, our staff are out in the field mentoring participants, facilitating hands-on vocational training, and helping individuals connect with their local communities. If you are passionate about direct support, community empowerment, and making a tangible impact daily, WCP is the place for you.
