We are experiencing continuous growth and have an immediate opening for the Marketing Coordinator position working Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in our head office in Richmond BC.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Marketing:
- Manage and execute social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Develop and maintain engaging website content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and landing pages.
- Assist in managing online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
- Monitor and analyze website and social media performance.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling written content for various marketing channels (e.g., website, email, social media).
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including graphics, images, and videos.
- Develop and execute creative content calendars.
Marketing Operations:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Manage marketing databases and customer lists.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on marketing projects.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in developing, creating and executing content across websites, emails, social media, ads, with expertise in storytelling and the ability to measure success through data analytics and KPIs.
- Experienced in developing and executing sales-driven, traffic-focused, and brand-building social media strategies tailored to diverse audiences.
- Advanced knowledge of design principles, including typography, layout, and composition, with expertise in Adobe Suite for digital and print materials.
- Skilled in photo manipulation, compositing, and optimization, ensuring visually compelling and high-performing assets for digital platforms and retail.
- Expertise in video editing, storytelling integration, and post-production techniques, utilizing tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro to create engaging content.
- Skilled in managing marketing operations and admin tasks, with urgency, professionalism, and prioritization, for e-commerce, and digital/retail initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Final Cut, and Premiere Pro.
- Skilled in Klaviyo, JIRA, Figma, Slack, Asana, Hotjar, Google Analytics, FB Business Suite, WordPress, and Hootsuite.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
- Knowledge of and interests in the home improvement industry is an asset.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a plus.
Salary: starting from $57,000 per year depending on experience
