Job Description

Content, campaigns, trade shows, proposals, brand building. If you enjoy bringing all of those together and seeing your work drive real business results, keep reading.

This Marketing Specialist role is made for someone who likes to be close to the action. You will create content, support campaigns, and help build a new brand from the ground up inside a growing industrial business.

Frontline Machinery is an established, family-owned business specializing in industrial equipment and washing systems solutions and they are launching a new division focused on soil and slurry washing systems. This is an emerging and fast-growing category in the Canadian market. This role sits at the centre of that launch, with responsibility for building brand presence, supporting sales, and establishing a consistent marketing cadence.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will work across digital, print, and in-person channels. You will collaborate closely with sales, leadership, and the broader marketing team, and your work will be visible and directly tied to business growth.

What You’ll Do

Build and execute content and campaigns

  • Plan and execute a consistent content and social media calendar across key platforms
  • Create written and visual content including blog posts, case studies, social posts, and email campaigns
  • Support product launches, promotions, and storytelling initiatives

Support brand development and visibility

  • Help build brand assets including brochures, trade show materials, and marketing collateral
  • Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels
  • Contribute to growing brand awareness and audience engagement

Maintain digital platforms and content

  • Update website content and support SEO and user experience improvements
  • Maintain product information, images, and content across digital platforms
  • Support ongoing content optimization and performance tracking

Enable sales through marketing support

  • Assist with proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, templates, and case studies
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure materials are accurate, compelling, and on brand

Contribute across marketing initiatives

  • Capture and share content from trade shows and events
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bring ideas forward and contribute to continuous improvement across marketing efforts

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or service-based environments
  • Strong content creation skills with the ability to write clear, compelling, and accurate marketing copy
  • Experience managing social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Familiarity with website management, CMS platforms, and SEO best practices
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and content design fundamentals
  • Experience supporting sales teams with proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • A proactive, curious, and hands-on approach to learning and contributing

Nice to have

  • Experience in equipment, industrial, or technical B2B environments
  • Comfort working with highly technical subject matter
  • Exposure to CRM systems and marketing tools such as Mailchimp

The Details
