This role is part of our Marketing Shared Services Team, supporting the broader Lark Group family, including:

Your primary focus will be leading social media across our company brands. You will help plan, create, capture, and share content that tells our story and elevates the work happening across the organization.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support a wide range of marketing activities, including:

Social media strategy, planning, content creation, and postingPhotography and videographyCapturing content at events, project sites, community functions, and internal activitiesDigital advertisingWebsite content updates and basic content managementEvent marketing and event supportGraphic design and visual content creationCopywriting, editing, and proofreadingWorking with internal teams to gather stories, updates, and marketing contentSupporting brand consistency across multiple companies and platforms

This is a hands-on role. You will need to be comfortable jumping in, asking questions, coordinating with others, and capturing content in the moment. At times, you may need to be assertive and confident, especially at events where timing, people, and details matter.

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who brings:

At least 5 years of marketing experience, with strong experience in social media, content creation, and digital marketingA people-focused, outgoing, and collaborative approachConfidence meeting new people and working across multiple departments, teams, leaders, and company brandsStrong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationshipsA proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead, take initiative, and move work forwardExperience in a corporate or multi-brand environment is considered an assetStrong content creation skills, including graphic design, photography, videography, writing, and editingA strong eye for visual storytelling and attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and follow established workflows and processesA balance of confidence, professionalism, humility, and authenticityComfort representing the organization at events, community functions, and internal initiatives

Software and Technical Skills

Experience with some or all of the following would be an asset:

Compensation

The expected starting salary range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000, based on experience and qualifications. Salary will be reviewed as the successful candidate grows into the role and demonstrates strong performance, ownership, and impact.
