Accounting Specialist-(On site)

Power products for medical, industrial, consumer products and military applications is where we live. Our Accounting Department is looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is a team player, passionate about accounting, detail oriented, and has experience with working with multiple departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Posting and sending invoices to customers on ERP system on a daily basis
• Cash receipts and projection
• General AR functions such as reconciling aging reports, collection of payments, answering customer inquiries, etc.
• Process vendor payments through checks, ACH, wire, and credit cards
• Reconciling company cards on a monthly basis
• Take on special projects designated by department managers and executives

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, with prior knowledge of AP/AR
• BA Degree in Accounting is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Being able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is preferred, but not required
• Must be proficient with Excel
