Job Description:

GigaTECH is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to provide expert technical support in system architecture, system design, system integration, and technical management. The role involves contributing to the systems engineering process, analyzing requirements, and identifying potential deficiencies in hardware and software products. The candidate will advise customers on product selection and use, capacity planning operations, and performance management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience
• 8 years’ additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
• Ability to advise customers on product selection, capacity planning operations, and performance management
• Excellent communication skills for presenting systems assurance reviews and advising stakeholders
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus

Required Experience:

• Experience providing technical support and expertise in system architecture, system design, and system integration
• Experience assisting with the systems engineering process by offering technical input and conducting requirements analysis
• Preparing and presenting systems assurance reviews to stakeholders as required
• Identifying and addressing deficiencies in hardware and software products to ensure optimal system performance
• Strong analytical skills for performing requirements analysis and identifying system deficiencies
• Familiarity with hardware and software product evaluation and selection
• Knowledge of capacity planning, operations management, and performance optimization
