We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented ERP/CRM Project Manager to lead successful project implementations and ensure seamless collaboration between our clients and internal teams.   • Collaborate with customers to prepare and manage objectives, scope, project plan, timeline, budget, and resource plan
  • Follow Boyer's Project Methodology - The Framework
  • Help the project team manage the backlog of work and drive projects to completion
  • Facilitate status meeting with clients and prepare status reports
  • Identify risks and mitigate risks and issues in close collaboration with clients and project team
  • Collaborate across different teams to ensure project success
  • PMO Process Improvements
  • Adding Value to Clients - 32 Hrs. Billable/week
  • 5+ years of experience managing ERP/CRM implementations, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV/BC)
  • Expertise in Project and Program Management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall approaches
  • Strong knowledge of software implementation lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and troubleshooting
  • Experience managing Microsoft third-party add-ons, integrations, and implementation strategies
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, including C-level executives and key stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities, proactively identifying and mitigating project blockers
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft Project for project tracking and backlog management
  • Ability to analyze budget vs. actuals and present financial reports to customers and executive management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Proven ability to establish and implement internal tools and best practices to improve PMO processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • PMP certification (preferred)
