Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor service and install technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and professional customer interactions.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily dispatching and scheduling to maximize productivity and technician route efficiency.
• Performance Management: Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting assistance to technicians in the field and assist with quoting, invoicing, and warranty follow-ups.
• Asset Management: Manage inventory, tools, and equipment for the service fleet.
• Compliance: Enforce safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of plumbing experience required, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Licensing: Valid plumbing license or equivalent field experience is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of plumbing codes, diagnostics, and repair procedures for residential and light commercial systems.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatching/scheduling software is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

• Total Compensation Target: $80,000 - $95,000+ (Includes Base + Bonus).
