EXP Maintenance Technician with HVAC Cert at Robbins Property Associates LLC – Lithia, Florida

About the Role:

The EXP Maintenance Technician with HVAC Certification plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of all mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems within Circa at Fishhawk Ranch Apartments. This position is responsible for maintaining the safety, comfort, and functionality of residential units and common areas, directly impacting resident satisfaction and property value. The technician will perform routine inspections, diagnose issues, and execute timely repairs to prevent system failures and prolong equipment lifespan.

Maintenance Technician Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid HVAC certification from an accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Electrical, and plumbing issues within residential units and common areas promptly and accurately.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and emergency calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs to comply with safety regulations and property standards.
• Collaborate with property management to schedule maintenance tasks, order necessary parts, and ensure compliance with all local codes and regulations.

Skills:

The required skills enable the technician to effectively troubleshoot and repair HVAC and other building systems, ensuring resident comfort and safety. Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical knowledge are applied daily to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently. Communication skills are essential for interacting with residents and coordinating with property management to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
