CNC Vertical Mill Specialist --FIRST SHIFT

Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm

    • What You'll Do:

    As a CNC Machinist on our team, you’ll operate and maintain high precision CNC vertical milling machines with a sharp eye for detail, quality, and efficiency. This is more than just a job — it's a role where your skills help drive a high-performing team forward.

    Your day-to-day:

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC 3 & 4 axis vertical milling machines
  • Inspect with precision using calipers, micrometers, and other tools
  • Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T documentation
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and optimized for production
  • Maintain top-notch quality standards in every part you produce

    • What We’re Looking For:

    This role isn’t for everyone — it’s for those who take pride in doing things right and doing them well.

    Must-haves (non-negotiable):

  • Minimum 2 years of CNC operation experience
  • Familiarity with high-speed machinery and mechanical measurements
  • Solid understanding of geometric tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
  • Physical stamina — able to walk/stand for full shift
