Job Description: Omnia US is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Events Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of a variety of events, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently. This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Manage event schedules, including setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, tracking expenses, and maintaining event documentation.
  • Assist with on-site event management, including setup, registration, and guest services.
  • Address any issues or last-minute changes that arise during events.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
