Maintenance Technician FT 8-5 Monday - Friday at HallKeen – Clearwater, Florida

HallKeen Management has an opening for a Maintenance Technician position to assist in maintenance duties of 179 apartments at Palmetto Park Apartments in Clearwater, FL. Duties include, but are not limited to, daily trash removal, general maintenance repairs, cleaning, painting and turning over apartments, plumbing, minor electrical, and HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Hours: Full time positions from 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday.

On-call responsibilities will be required. Individual must have experience and skills in building maintenance, and must be a licensed HVAC technician. Individual must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently.
