Utility / Facilities Maintenance Team Member – Full-Time

Warren Equipment Company is looking for a dependable, hardworking Utility / Facilities Maintenance Team Member to help keep our facility clean, organized, and operating efficiently.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and are willing to help wherever needed, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do
-Clean and maintain office areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
-Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility
-Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain clean floors and workspaces
-Maintain cleanliness of the shop and yard areas
-Cut grass and perform basic landscaping duties
-Operate a weed eater, lawn mower, and other grounds maintenance equipment
-Help unload trucks and receive deliveries as needed
-Assist with moving materials, equipment, and supplies throughout the facility
-Maintain organization of storage areas and shop spaces
-Assist various departments with general labor and support tasks
-Follow all company safety policies and procedures
-Perform other duties as assigned by management

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
-Pride in keeping facilities clean, organized, and professional
-Previous janitorial, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements
-Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
-Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb throughout the workday
-Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
-Ability to safely operate basic lawn care and maintenance equipment
-Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift

Schedule: Full-Time
Monday – Friday
