As the Director of Distribution and Expansion, you will:

• Lead the growth of TGC’s enterprise-wide distribution activities
• Lead business development, sales and supplier strategies across facilities
• Influence multi-site distribution operations, optimizing cost, efficiency, and inventory performance
• Partner with senior leadership to integrate new acquisitions and expand distribution capabilities

What You will Lead:

• Strategic execution of TGC’s distribution strategy
• Integration and scaling of new distribution activities
• Network expansion, freight efficiency, and inventory performance
• Cross-functional leadership across Business Development, Sales, Supply Chain & Operations

What Success Looks Like:

• Build a scalable, unified distribution model
• Drive volume-based growth and customer penetration
• Improve cost structure, margin profile, and inventory accuracy

The Ideal Director of Distribution and Expansion Candidate:

• You are a seasoned distribution/operations leader
• Experience managing or growing multi-site distribution/logistics operations
• Strong P&L management, forecasting, and financial leadership
• Demonstrated experience in distribution expansion, warehouse optimization, and network design
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across supply chain, sales, business development and operations
• Exposure to hybrid manufacturing/distribution environments
