ERP Systems Lead – Dynamics 365 Business Central (JustFoods) at Dieffenbach s Potato Chips Inc – Womelsdorf, Pennsylvania

At Dieffenbach’s Snacks, we believe in creating truly enjoyable snacks while building a company where people take pride in the work they do every day. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced ERP Systems Lead to help power the systems behind our operations.

This role serves as the primary expert and owner of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, which works in conjunction with JustFood by Aptean to support our manufacturing, inventory, and financial processes. The ideal candidate brings advanced Dynamics 365 Business Central experience, a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, and a passion for using technology to help teams work smarter.

This is a hands-on role that works closely with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations, translating real-world business needs into effective system solutions.

• Serve as the lead administrator and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its integration with JustFood (Aptean)
• Support and optimize ERP modules including General Ledger, AP/AR, cost accounting, inventory, purchasing, and sales
• Configure and support manufacturing processes including production orders, BOMs, routings, and costing
• Ensure accurate inventory management, lot tracking, and traceability
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements
• Manage user roles, permissions, and system configurations
• Partner with internal teams to improve workflows, data visibility, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with Microsoft and Aptean partners for upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
• Support reporting and analytics using Business Central, Excel, and Power BI
• Create documentation, SOPs, and provide training and ongoing user support

• Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV)
• Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production processes, BOMs, inventory management, and costing
• Ability to support both financial and operational users
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams

• Experience with JustFood by Aptean
• Background in food or process manufacturing
• Familiarity with lot traceability, quality, and compliance requirements
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or advanced Excel reporting
• Participation in ERP implementations, integrations, or upgrades
