ADVISOR MARKETING SPECIALIST

rennie is hiring an Advisor Marketing Specialist to support our brokerage and realtor community (we call them "advisors") through the delivery of corporate marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and advisor engagement and recruitment programs.

This is a hands-on role focused on executing multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, print, and events - while helping advisors strengthen how they market themselves, their listings, and their services as part of the rennie brand.

You’ll play a key role in delivering corporate campaigns and programs that drive brand visibility and advisor growth, while also providing practical, day-to-day marketing support to advisors.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Execute corporate marketing campaigns and programs, including coordinating creative, vendors, timelines, and budgets

  • Plan, deliver, and host corporate events and initiatives, including marketing, communications, and on-site coordination

  • Track campaign and program performance, using data to improve future execution

  • Conduct outreach to prospective advisors following campaigns and events, and coordinate next steps with brokerage leadership

  • Develop and maintain marketing templates, tools, and resources that improve campaign quality and consistency

  • Develop and deliver advisor learning sessions, workshops, digital-first training, and marketing resources

  • Support advisors in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, print, and direct mail

  • Provide clear, practical guidance on campaign approach, content, and channel selection

  • Review advisor marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand standards and regulatory requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience delivering campaigns and programs with measurable results

  • Experience planning, executing and hosting events, including coordinating logistics, vendors, communications, and on-site delivery

  • Experience advising stakeholders or clients on marketing approach, campaign planning, and execution

  • Proven experience executing integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and print

  • Experience owning campaign execution end-to-end, including coordinating creative partners, vendors, timelines, and budgets

  • Strong content instincts, with experience developing marketing materials that drive engagement and/or lead generation

  • Comfortable advising stakeholders or clients on campaign approach and execution

  • Experience using marketing data and performance metrics to improve outcomes

  • Confident presenting marketing plans, tools, or recommendations to a range of audiences

  • Analytical and practical: you use data to assess performance and improve results

  • Resourceful and self-directed: you identify gaps, solve problems, and keep work moving

  • Hands-on: you're willing and able to take on planning and on-the-ground / in-the-virtual-meeting execution

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • This role is primarily office-based, with some flexibility to work remotely one day per week
    Our home office is located outside of Granville Island in Vancouver
    (Please note that any “remote” designation shown on job boards or aggregators - like Indeed - is inaccurate and outside of our control.)

  • Occasional travel to rennie offices and event locations required

  • Valid BC driver’s license required, with the ability to travel between locations as needed

  • Flexibility in working hours is required, including occasional evenings and weekends to support events and initiatives


SALARY INFORMATION

The typical base salary for this specific position is from $83,000 to $93,000. The salary offered is based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors including education, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and organizational needs. We also have a performance based bonus program that supports our employees by recognizing exceptional individual performance and company success.
