We are seeking a detail oriented and driven Customer Service Representative to support our silk-screening operation. The CSR will act as the main point of contact between customers and the production team, managing orders from initial inquiry to final delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a solid understanding of the screen printing process

A Day in the Life:
* Act as the main point of contact between customers and the production team.
* Manage orders from initial inquiry to final delivery.
* Provide support to clients via e-mail, phone and in-person
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders.
* Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you need to succeed:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
Skills
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in the screen printing process-desired
* Proficiency in order management software-desired
