Job Title: Assembler B
Compensation: Starting at $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
(Full-Time, Permanent, Overtime May Be Required Based on Production Needs)
The Assembler B position is responsible for performing repetitive bench and assembly operations to produce a variety of manufactured products including pitless adapters, well seals, well caps, air volume controls, heat shrink kits, yard hydrants, well points, filters, and other related products.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and capable of maintaining consistent quality and productivity standards in a manufacturing environment. This role requires basic math skills, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards
- Perform repetitive bench assembly operations accurately and efficiently
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality requirements are met
- Read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and production procedures
- Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate production counts and documentation as required
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production or quality concerns
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Support other production or assembly areas as needed
- Six months to one year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong reliability, attendance, and work ethic
- Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
- Ability to solve routine problems in a standardized manufacturing environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands for assembly work
- Frequently required to perform repetitive hand and arm motions
- Must be able to lift and move up to 10 lbs. regularly, 25 lbs. frequently, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to work an entire shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception

Work Environment- Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts
- Occasional exposure to chemicals and manufacturing materials
- Moderate noise levels within the production environment
- Safety glasses and other required PPE must be worn in designated areas
Competence, awareness, and training for probationary employees will be assessed through onboarding and evaluation processes, including a review period. Ongoing performance and training assessments may also be conducted for regular employees.
