Fitness Center Attendant - Part-Time at City of Springdale – Springdale, Ohio

Pay Rate: $11.02 - $14.72 per hour

FITNESS CENTER ATTENDANT (PART-TIME) - Open until filled

The City of Springdale is seeking motivated, upbeat individuals who are passionate about health and wellness for the position of part-time Fitness Center Attendant at the Springdale Community Center. Under the direction of the Fitness Center Manager, the Fitness Center Attendant is responsible for conducting new member equipment orientations, motivating and guiding members, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and completing other duties as required.

Candidates for the position must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at time of appointment and eligible for employment in the U.S.
• Have earned a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent at time of appointment.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to engage and motivate members.
• Be able to work independently and with team staff.

A basic working knowledge of fitness equipment is preferred. Training will be provided.
