Description:

We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our growing team as an IT Account Executive. The core focus of this role will be growing revenue in IT services like Managed Network, Compliance, Security Services, VoIP, Projects, Contracted Services, and Computer Hardware. The IT Account Executive will report to the Vice President of Sales and support customers across all regions, new and emerging. The role has no direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development & Customer Retention: Creating activities for customer appointments and closed sales.
  • Total Customer Accountability: Maintaining full responsibility for the customer relationship, including complaint coordination and receivables.
  • Full Sales Cycle (Order to Cash): Handling quotes, proposals, walk-throughs, order presentation, delivery, and post-order relationship management.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining the internal customer relationship using a CRM tool.
  • Consulting & Collaboration: Acting as a consultant to other FOT Sales Team members and collaborating with other departments.

Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience selling IT services is required.
  • Ability to generate and source new prospects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and create strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
