What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in the transportation and logistics industry
  • Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, and networking
  • Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for your customers
  • Use McLeod software and external load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates
  • Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments
  • Use phone, email, and messaging tools to drive daily sales activity
  • Use innovative technology and AI integration daily for pricing, operations, load booking, etc

  • Full-time availability in office (Monday–Friday)
  • Previous sales or customer service experience
