Location: Southern California Region (Multiple Sites)
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $25–$28.50/hour (DOE) + $500 Monthly Auto Allowance

*This position is hired through a staffing agency for the first 90 days. After this period, candidates will be considered for direct employment with Beach Front Property Management, Inc. based on performance and business needs.

About the Role

We’re seeking a dependable and proactive Multi-Site/Roving Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across multiple counties in Southern California.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on variety, and takes pride in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues across diverse property types.

What You’ll Do

  • Log and manage work orders daily
  • Respond to maintenance requests across multiple properties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, etc.)
  • Complete unit turns and make-readies efficiently
  • Perform repairs in occupied and vacant units with professionalism and urgency
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and safety checks
  • Assist with general property upkeep and grounds as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and company standards
  • Travel between sites as required
  • Respond to overtime or emergency calls as needed
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience (property management preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently across multiple locations
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
  • Must have own basic maintenance tools (required)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions
