Certified Nurse Assistant at Citizens Memorial – Ash Grove, Missouri

Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) is recruiting a Certified Nurse Assistant to care for our residents in Ash Grove Healthcare Facility

The skilled nursing facility is an 82-bed facility located in Ash Grove, MO that includes a memory care unit for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.

A typical day will include: The opportunity to develop a relationship with our residents and supportive healthcare team. The certified nurse assistant (CNA) is an integral part of the healthcare team who is responsible for providing excellent care to the residents in the facility in accordance with federal and state regulations. The CNA is responsible for ensuring safe nursing care is provided, all resident needs are met and reports concerns to the charge nurse for follow-up. Certified Nurse Assistants bathe, dress and assist residents with all hygiene and toileting needs, assist with resident transfers, answer call lights in a timely manner, make rounds on assigned residents and accommodate needs. The Certified Nurse Assistant assists in the development and implementation of the resident Plan of Care.
