Nursing Director in West Plains , Missouri at Ozarks Healthcare

Oversees daily operations in the care delivery of assigned departments, continually assessing performance to improve productivity, quality and efficiency. Develops and implements policies and procedures. Responsible for the procurement and maintenance of equipment, supplies, staffing and training of co-workers, and budgeting. Actively participates in nursing leadership to promote ongoing Nursing Excellence. Ensures performance supports the Mission, Vision, Values and strategic goals of OMC.

Five (5) total years of clinical experience is required, including three (3) years of successful nursing experience and two (2) years of successful leadership experience, demonstrating leadership within processes and within service areas, on interdisciplinary teams, representative participation in councils, and career progression.

BSN in Nursing or completion plan; Preferred (Masters prepared MSN, MBA, or MHA)
