Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (APRN) - Baxter Health College Street Family Clinic at Baxter Health – Mountain Home, Arkansas

In this position you would work under the supervision and direction of the Clinic Physicians to provide direct, comprehensive, preventative and therapeutic healthcare to patients and families including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, counseling and instruction in compliance with all protocols and regulations.

Requirements include:

• Current APRN licensure in Arkansas;
• Documentation compliant with the State Nursing Board of satisfactory completion of a nurse practitioner educational program and completion of preceptorship;
• Eligibility for a Medicare provider number and DEA registration;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Must be efficient and accurate while functioning effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

Clinic office environment and hospital setting.
