Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving to be the best part of each member's day.
• Share menu highlights, and details, and make personalized recommendations.
• Handle challenges gracefully, finding the path to yes.
• Stay informed on the menu and be able to explain dishes and pairings to our members.
• Uphold brand standards by contributing to daily tasks and cleaning to ensure readiness for service.
• Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.

Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant and serving position. Club experience is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Wine, Liquor, Beer, Food & Proper Service
• Experience with restaurant POS system is a plus
• Must be 18 years or older

Availability

• This position is available for part-time individuals. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts will differ from 4-8 hours.
• Sundays are required.
