About Zeus Jones

Zeus Jones is an independent strategy, creative, and design agency that helps brands imagine better futures and build toward them with conviction. We offer a strong culture, the opportunity to work alongside talented people across disciplines, and room to grow your skills and experience.

We value diversity and inclusion and encourage applicants from a wide range of personal and professional backgrounds.

Zeus Jones is looking for a Producer to join our team. This role is designed for someone who has solid experience leading complex work, is excited to own meaningful pieces of the work while continuing to learn and grow, and wants to deepen their craft alongside other producers, strategists, creatives and designers.

Producers at Zeus Jones are the connective tissue of our work. They live in the in-between spaces: between client and team, strategy and making, one project and the next. They help turn ambition into action, navigate complexity, bring structure to ambiguity and keep teams aligned and moving forward. And they make sure the work is seen, celebrated and shared in the rooms where it matters most.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead defined projects or work streams, partner closely with senior teams and steadily grow into greater ownership over time. Along the way, you’ll build trust with clients and internal teams that compounds. You’ll get to know the clients behind the brief: what they need and what’s at stake. You’ll use that understanding to strengthen relationships and spot new ways ZJ can help.

This is a role for an operator who understands marketing, brand strategy and how creative work actually gets made. We’re seeking someone who can translate bold ideas into actionable plans that solve real client problems, and who cares as much about the people and relationships as the work itself.

You would join Zeus Jones working within our production team alongside producers with complementary and overlapping skillsets across program management, creative production, project management, product development and brand innovation. On projects, you’ll partner closely with Strategy, Creative, Design and external collaborators as needed.

The day-to-day job (as best as we can define it):

This role is both client-facing and team-facing. You’ll serve as a day-to-day partner to clients while managing the work behind the scenes to build trust, create clarity and strengthen relationships in close partnership with your team.

• Lead day-to-day program management for defined projects or workstreams, translating strategy into clear plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Partner with senior team members and/or clients to shape approaches, clarify objectives and align on scope, priorities and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external), ensuring work stays on track, risks are surfaced early and decisions are well communicated.
• Support creative and strategic problem-solving by organizing information, synthesizing inputs and helping teams move from ambiguity to action.
• Manage schedules, budgets and resourcing with guidance, escalating thoughtfully when tradeoffs or risks arise.
• Collaborate with other Producers to define and deliver assets such as digital experiences, apps, sites, events, programs, products and tools.
• Be a strong advocate for both the work and the people doing it, helping teams stay motivated, focused and aligned.
• Learn and grow your leadership, client presence and judgment through real work, feedback and mentorship.

The mindset we’re looking for:

• Collective ambition: motivated by the quality of the work and the people around you, not a job title.
• A confident but curious leader who can guide teams forward while continuing to learn.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with support—and willing to ask questions, test ideas and iterate.
• Organized, thoughtful and proactive, with strong follow-through.
• Self-aware and reflective; open to feedback and interested in growing your responsibilities over time.
• Curious and culturally engaged, with an interest in how brands show up in the world.
• Nimble and adaptable in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

Essential experience:

• 7+ years of experience in client service, project/program management, production or a related role in a creative, consulting or agency environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple work streams; experience working on complex, fast moving web projects is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills.
• Solid problem-solving ability, with experience breaking down complex challenges into actionable steps.
• Working knowledge of digital, branding, innovation and/or experience design.

Role details:

• Location: This role is based in Minneapolis–St. Paul. We observe a hybrid work model with Tuesday–Thursday in the office.

How We Work: Zeus Jones encodes our clients' brands into AI-powered systems (what we call Living Brands) that guide how every tool, agent and experience shows up in the world.
