The Supervisor Revenue Recovery is responsible for managing daily revenue recovery operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring accurate resolution of claims and reimbursement issues. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate across departments to improve revenue cycle effectiveness.
- Supervise daily activities of the revenue recovery team to ensure service-level agreements, quality standards, and performance objectives are achieved.
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members to strengthen capabilities, maintain competency, and support professional growth.
- Monitor operational metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Develop, implement, and maintain revenue recovery policies, procedures, and workflows that improve efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with compliance, finance, payer representatives, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex reimbursement and claims-related issues.
- Identify opportunities to reduce risk, improve processes, and enhance revenue recovery performance.
- Support training initiatives and ensure team members have the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.

- Demonstrated experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, claims resolution, reimbursement operations, or related healthcare finance functions.
- Previous experience supervising, coaching, or developing teams in an operational environment.
- Strong understanding of claims processes, payer requirements, reimbursement workflows, and revenue recovery practices.
- Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and use metrics to improve operational outcomes.
- Experience developing and implementing policies, procedures, and process improvements.
