The Relationship Manager will act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring strong relationships, operational alignment, and continued business growth across fund administration engagements.
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for client needs and objectives.
- Represent client perspectives internally by gathering feedback, resolving concerns, and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, including additional services, fund vehicles, and business growth initiatives.
- Partner with sales teams on revenue growth strategies, proposals, and long-term client development opportunities.
- Lead regular client communications, including quarterly and annual business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic updates.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Delivery teams to improve client outcomes and influence product direction.
- Oversee client monitoring programs, account health assessments, meeting documentation, and relationship tracking.
- Support internal teams during client transitions, service changes, and operational challenges to maintain a consistent client experience.
- Own escalations by coordinating root cause analysis, remediation plans, communication strategies, and resolution timelines.
- Stay informed on private markets trends, client priorities, and fund administration best practices while contributing to industry thought leadership.
The ideal candidate brings extensive fund administration experience, strong relationship management capabilities, and the ability to operate strategically in a high-growth technology environment.
- 12+ years of experience in fund administration, private equity, commercial real estate, venture capital, or related financial services environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven success managing senior client relationships, driving client advocacy, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Strong understanding of fund administration operations and private markets workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across sales, product, operations, and delivery functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-facing presence.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance high-level business objectives with operational details.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.

- U.S. base salary range of $170,000 - $190,000, based on experience, skills, location, and applicable requirements.
