Pay Range: $21.24 - $25.67 Hourly; Based on experience and education
- Provide confidential administrative and clerical support to Adult Services leadership and program teams
- Maintain accurate participant records, program documentation, and compliance-related files across Residential and Day Habilitation services
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, medical appointments, and required program reviews (including ISP and HCBS documentation)
- Prepare, distribute, and track key documents such as meeting minutes, behavior and injury reports, Plans of Corrective Action, and program forms
- Support Residential (IRA) and Day Habilitation operations by managing schedules, attendance, participant funds, checklists, and required reporting
- Serve as a liaison with internal departments, community partners, vendors, and volunteer organizations
- Assist with recruitment processes, including application tracking, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up
- Coordinate program events, communications, and materials, including open houses, staff events, and participant activities
- Provide front desk reception and general office support, including phones, visitor coordination, mail distribution, supply management, and basic troubleshooting
- Assist with financial and operational processes such as purchase orders, petty cash tracking, and vehicle documentation
- Support agency-wide initiatives and special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma required; additional administrative or business coursework preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of related office or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong recordkeeping and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in human services, healthcare, or nonprofit settings preferred
