The role requires maintaining accurate records and managing multi-line phone systems to facilitate clear and professional communication both internally and externally. Minimum Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
