Senior Staff Clinician – Training & Quality Assurance in Florida, Ohio at Senior Living Memory Health

• Provide individual psychotherapy and memory training services to seniors in senior living communities
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with patients' families, community staff, and medical professionals as part of a team-based care approach
• Deliver training and clinical support to clinical contract staff
• Provide on-the-job training and in-person orientation and shadow days to new clinical staff in Broward county
• Oversee clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development

• Active Florida licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT — required
• Genuine interest in working with older adults and senior populations
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
• Comfortable working in community-based settings such as assisted living facilities
• Collaborative team player who also works well independently
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• Experience with geriatric populations or memory-related conditions is a plus, though not required — we provide comprehensive training
