RFS Behavioral Health is seeking Licensed Therapists to provide school-based mental health services across Fostoria, Fulton, Crawford, and Defiance counties. As the leading school-based behavioral health provider in Northwest Ohio, we embed clinicians directly into school settings to support student mental health, emotional wellbeing, and academic success.

RFS Behavioral Health is a qualifying provider for OhioMHAS initiatives, including the Great Minds Fellowship, Loan Forgiveness, and Retention Bonus Programs, and a qualifying employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program—allowing you to reduce or eliminate student loan debt while doing meaningful, mission-driven work.

Licensed Therapists provide therapeutic services to youth in school-based settings, with limited community-based services as needed. This role offers strong collaboration with educators, families, and school teams.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students

• Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

• Maintain timely documentation and required billable hours

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

• Active Ohio licensure: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, or LPCC

• Experience working with youth (up to age 18) preferred

• Passion for school-based and community mental health

• Competitive salary above local community mental health standards

• 120 wellness hours plus 4 weeks of agency closures aligned with school breaks

• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
