Customer Service Inside Sales Rep in Kansas City, Missouri at Kryger Glass

Kryger Glass is currently seeking an Customer Service Representative for our installation centers. We are an auto glass installation and distribution company with locations throughout the Midwest.

This is a full-time hourly position located Downtown KC that includes benefits & vacation time.

We are looking for a long-term employee that can build a relationship with our clients, work in a fast paced environment and can handle the fast pace while working with a sense of urgency.

Hours are M-F, 8 am to 5 pm. Salary is $17-$19/hour, depending on experience.

We are a casual work environment. This is NOT a remote position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Talks with customers by phone to assist with auto glass installation
• Determines charges for parts requested
• Schedules glass technicians
• Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
• Other duties may be assigned.
