Attitude is everything! We are seeking Inventory Control superstars to become part of our warehouse team!
In this role you are shipping, receiving, inspecting, prepping, and maintaining accurate inventory of client assets in addition to coordinating with our Account Management teams to keep up to date status of prepping assets for project builds, outbound shipments, and return inspection of assets.
To be successful, you must have a sense of urgency! You also have to be proficient at critical thinking and problem-solving under tight deadlines.
Hamilton designs, builds, and installs trade show exhibits and permanent exhibit displays. We need members of our Warehouse team to take on the responsibility for making sure our clients' products are inventoried, packed, sealed and delivered with care! *Overtime is required for this role and it is hands-on!* This isn't an office job!
Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00a-2:30p
Overtime Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00a-4:30p, Saturday 6:00a-12:00p
Responsibilities:
- Shipping, receiving, inspecting, prepping, and maintaining accurate inventory of client assets
- Coordinating with our account management and installation teams to prep assets for project builds, outbound shipments, and return inspection of assets
- Follow established procedures for inbound shipments, checking for defects, missing parts, and any other inconsistencies with the shipment. Documents and sends any damaged parts for repair
- Follow established procedures for outbound shipments making sure all necessary parts and equipment are included and properly packed to eliminate or limit any damage during shipment
Qualifications:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Requires proven experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word
- Requires Warehouse Management System experience
- Must be available to work overtime hours as needed
- Requires the ability to problem-solve for quick resolutions
- Requires an eye for the details and the ability to quality inspect is essential
- Work well with others as part of a team
- Must be hard-working and exhibit a strong work ethic
- Work efficiently and suggest process changes to improve efficiency
Work Environment:
- Requires the ability to use power and hand tools, and capable of climbing ladders at heights of up to 16 feet
- Able to lift up to 40lbs individually and team lift up to 80lbs
