This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of brokerage operations, digital assets, and trading infrastructure, responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of complex, high-volume financial systems. You will oversee critical middle- and back-office operations across multiple regulated entities and markets, including crypto spot and derivatives trading environments. The role blends operational excellence, regulatory rigor, and technical collaboration, requiring close partnership with engineering, compliance, and liquidity teams. You will build and scale a globally distributed operations function that supports 24/5 trading coverage and delivers world-class service to institutional clients. This position has direct impact on trade integrity, system reliability, and the scalability of next-generation financial products. It is a highly visible leadership role shaping how modern brokerage and crypto infrastructure operates at global scale.

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end brokerage and digital asset operations, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance across trading, settlement, and customer-facing processes.

• Lead and scale global trade operations teams providing 24/5 coverage across brokerage and crypto markets
• Oversee middle- and back-office functions including trade reconciliation, corrections, cancellations, and account inventory management
• Manage operations for US and international crypto trading entities, ensuring smooth execution across spot and derivatives markets
• Operate and optimize an internal trading desk supporting hedging strategies in collaboration with engineering teams
• Maintain strong relationships with banking partners, liquidity providers, token issuers, and external vendors
• Support regulatory, financial, and internal audits while ensuring adherence to US crypto and brokerage compliance frameworks
• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures, controls, and scalable workflows

You bring deep experience in brokerage or crypto exchange operations, combined with leadership capabilities in building distributed, high-performing teams.

• Proven experience running middle- and back-office operations within a brokerage, exchange, or crypto trading environment
• 7–12+ years of experience in trade operations, financial infrastructure, or related fields with increasing leadership responsibility
• Demonstrated success building and managing globally distributed, customer-facing operations teams with 24/5 or 24/7 coverage
• Hands-on experience with crypto trading operations and strong understanding of US crypto regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle management, reconciliation processes, and operational risk controls
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on trading systems, automation, and infrastructure improvements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical, regulatory, and commercial teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
