This role sits at the intersection of captive insurance management, financial reporting, and client advisory, supporting a diverse portfolio of captive insurance entities. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial and regulatory reporting while acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. The position requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external service providers to ensure captive programs operate smoothly and remain fully compliant. - Manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial statement preparation and regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external service providers to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Oversee reporting cycles and ensure all deliverables are completed within strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders to support effective captive operations and issue resolution.
- Monitor multiple competing priorities and ensure efficient portfolio management across assigned accounts.
- Identify discrepancies, resolve reporting issues, and ensure accuracy and consistency in all financial documentation.
- Support continuous improvement in reporting processes, tools, and client service delivery.
- Prior experience in accounting, financial reporting, and/or captive insurance management.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw accurate conclusions.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality of work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
