• Monitor inventory and production transactions and partner with operations to
resolve discrepancies
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and
procedures
• Supervise accounting staff, including training, task assignment, and workflow
oversight
• Prepare audit support and respond to external audit requests
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and
accuracy
• Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or
equivalent experience)

• Strong experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-entity environments
• Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to evolving processes
Work Environment
• Onsite role based in Gulfport, Mississippi
• Office environment within an active industrial facility
• Occasional exposure to plant noise and operational activity
• Combination of desk work and light movement throughout the facility

• Dental Insurance
• Vision Insurance
• Life & Disability Insurance
• Paid Time Off
• Paid Holidays
• Opportunities for Growth and Advancement
Why Join Us
• Be part of building accounting processes from the ground up
• Work closely with leadership and operations
• Opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the company scales
