Job Description
About the Role
Behind every patient who finds the right care at the right time, there is a relationship that made it possible. That is what a Liaison builds: real, lasting relationships with doctors, hospitals, and care facilities that refer patients to Touchstone Hospice. These relationships are earned over time through trust, consistency, and follow-through, so that when someone needs care, Touchstone is the first name that comes to mind. It is sales work, but it is also deeply human. Liaisons often speak with people navigating major health transitions, and doing that well takes emotional intelligence, confidence, and drive. It is also work that pays: full-time Liaisons can earn up to six figures through base pay plus performance incentives.
The Liaison in Training program is how you get there. This paid, three-month training track is designed to develop Touchstone's next generation of Liaisons from the ground up, with no healthcare background required. You will learn sales fundamentals, referral development, and healthcare relationship-building through direct mentorship from experienced Liaisons on our marketing team. From week one, you will gain real, hands-on field experience. This is more than a job. It is a career-building credential. Our training model is designed to become the community standard for how healthcare liaisons are developed, so what you learn here can carry weight wherever your career goes next. At the end of the three months, you will be evaluated on your readiness for full Liaison responsibilities to determine fit for a full-time role.
