Board Certified Behavior Analyst in San Antonio, Texas at Behavioral Balance ABA

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team at our Garden Ridge clinic, conveniently located just outside of San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive behavior change, support high-quality patient care, and promote meaningful progress through evidence-based practices. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to deliver compassionate, individualized care and help each client reach their fullest potential.

• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and strengths
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff in delivering effective interventions
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure consistency across environments
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Conduct intake assessments for new clients and participate in ongoing patient evaluations to refine treatment goals
