Position Description:
The primary purpose of this position is to support digital marketing performance, campaign execution, member communications, brand stewardship, and community engagement initiatives.
Essential Functions:- Digital Marketing & Performance Analytics
- Manage SEO and website optimization initiatives
- Monitor Google Analytics, campaign performance, and digital engagement metrics
- Administer tag management, tracking pixels, and conversion tracking tools
- Support performance-based marketing initiatives through data analysis and optimization
- Marketing Campaign & Project Coordination
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives from concept through execution
- Serve as a liaison with external agencies, creative partners, and vendors
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and campaign assets
- Support campaign reporting and performance reviews
- Digital Channels & Member Communications
- Manage digital banking alerts, in-app messaging, and member communications
- Maintain and update website content through WordPress
- Execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact, or similar platforms
- Support digital engagement opportunities across member-facing channels
- Brand Management & Community Engagement Support
- Maintain marketing collateral, templates, and brand assets
- Monitor branch branding standards and environmental marketing consistency
- Support community events, sponsorships, and business development initiatives
- Social Media & Content Management
- Monitor social media publishing calendars and content deployment
- Monitor community engagement, comments, reviews, and member feedback
- Support content development across digital and traditional channels
- Assist with reputation management and brand awareness initiatives

Qualifications:
Experience, Education & Credentials:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, communications, or related field required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, website content management, SEO, email marketing, and social media channel administration.
- Ability to analyze campaign, website, and engagement data using tools such as Google Analytics and apply insights to improve performance.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, assets, approvals, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Excellent written communication and brand stewardship skills, with the ability to create and maintain clear, consistent, member-facing content across digital and traditional channels.
