This salaried, full-time role is responsible for driving new business, expanding strategic accounts, and shaping our sales strategy in a rapidly evolving aesthetics marketplace. You will combine deep understanding of aesthetic practices and laser-based treatments with senior-level sales leadership to deliver sustained revenue growth, mentor a high-performing sales organization, and act as a key commercial voice for our US aesthetics business.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute the capital equipment sales strategy for our aesthetics and laser product portfolio across the US market
  • Own the full sales cycle for high-value capital equipment, from prospecting and consultative selling to negotiation and closing
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of aesthetic practices, medspas, dermatology, and plastic surgery accounts
  • Build and deepen executive-level relationships with key decision-makers, KOLs, and strategic partners in the aesthetics space
  • Analyze territory and market data to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends in laser and energy-based devices
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, and product teams to position solutions effectively and support successful product launches
  • Provide sales leadership, coaching, and deal support to field representatives to drive consistent quota attainment and best practices
  • Present capital equipment business cases, ROI models, and financial justification tailored to aesthetic practice needs
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and deal structures in partnership with sales operations and finance
  • Represent the company at key industry conferences, trade shows, workshops, and customer events to promote our aesthetic laser solutions
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and sales reporting to support executive-level visibility and planning
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring excellent post-sale handoff, implementation coordination, and long-term account development

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in capital equipment sales, preferably within the aesthetics or medical device industry
  • Significant experience selling into aesthetic practices, medspas, dermatology, and/or plastic surgery clinics
  • Deep understanding of aesthetic treatments and technologies, including lasers and energy-based devices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-value sales cycles with multiple clinical and financial stakeholders
  • Strong executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including comfort discussing ROI and financial models
  • Experience with strategic account management and developing long-term commercial partnerships
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitive activity, and sales data to inform territory and go-to-market strategy
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and standard sales productivity platforms
  • Self-directed, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the US to meet with customers and support key business initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience in medical aesthetics sales is a plus
