About the role
We are hiring a Sales Manager in New York to lead a quota-carrying team of account executives and sales development reps.
What you will do
- Coach reps through deal strategy and pipeline reviews
- Own the team forecast and territory planning
- Hire and ramp new sales reps
- Partner with marketing and operations on pipeline quality
Must have
- 2+ years leading a quota-carrying sales team
- 4+ years of prior individual contributor sales experience
- Forecasting and pipeline management discipline
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales organizations
