This is an opportunity to shape the market narrative for an advanced AI and personalization platform.
You will translate complex APIs, integrations, data technologies, and agentic capabilities into compelling customer value.
The role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Product Marketing.
You will help launch strategic partner products and build go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and commercial impact.
Your work will support technical audiences including developers, architects, IT leaders, and enterprise buyers.
You will also create sales enablement materials and technical stories that make sophisticated technology easier to understand.
This role is ideal for a technically fluent marketer who enjoys turning emerging technology into clear, differentiated stories.
- Contribute to the positioning and narrative for API, data, platform, and agentic AI capabilities, helping technical audiences understand how complex technologies translate into practical customer value.
- Support strategic partner product launches from planning through execution, including positioning, integration messaging, milestone planning, internal communications, sales enablement, and post-launch evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to understand technical capabilities and turn them into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging.
- Develop customer-facing and field-ready assets such as technical integration briefs, one-pagers, discovery guides, talk tracks, and other sales enablement materials.
- Help communicate AI and machine learning technologies credibly to sales teams, customers, partners, and technical decision-makers.
- Define launch success metrics, track performance, and conduct post-launch reviews to identify learnings and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the broader product marketing strategy by identifying new product possibilities, market opportunities, and compelling use cases across the marketing technology ecosystem.
- Stay current on agentic AI architectures, MCP frameworks, APIs, cloud technologies, and emerging technical trends to strengthen product narratives and go-to-market strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Solutions Consulting or Architecture, Technical Marketing, Developer Relations, or a closely related discipline, ideally within SaaS, AI, or technology environments.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, agentic architectures, AI-driven platforms, and modern data technologies, with the ability to read technical documentation and communicate effectively with engineers.
- Experience working with data warehouses, CDPs, or technology ecosystems involving platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accurate, and compelling messaging for technical buyers without sacrificing precision.
- Familiarity with agentic AI, MCP frameworks, and AI-driven architectures, combined with genuine curiosity about emerging technologies and their commercial applications.
- Strong writing, storytelling, positioning, and product marketing skills, with an ability to make sophisticated concepts accessible to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, take ownership, communicate proactively, and collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science, marketing, business, or another technical discipline is preferred.
- Experience using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or comparable solutions within marketing workflows is a strong advantage.
